PERSONALITY

Chantelle might be a bitch at first glance, but she's actually a pretty nice person once you introduce yourself to her. She makes the most friends she could for now because she knows you can't have too many. After all, friends can help you rise to the top, and wouldn't she want to be a top-notch healer?

Chantelle can be fiercely protective to those whom she calls friends, one word can earn you a jinx in the ass. Her friends are as good as family to her, and she wouldn't stop for anything to protect them. Sometimes she could be a little bit impossible to argue with, but at the end of the day, its all back in the past and all chill in the present. This does sometimes make her vulnerable to people who would just want to fuck her over because she has the uncanny ability to forgive and forget every single time.  

She has smarts, and makes good grades, but she's more of a rebel more than anything (except in Professor Holland's class that guy scares the shit outta her), often getting herself in trouble in classes for her tomfoolery. Of course, her punishment is almost always doubled because she is a woman, and quite sadly in her case. But this doesn't stop her from doing more and more entertaining things each day such as talking and arguing back with the teacher during certain topics, or casting a spell to annoy the teachers... Those little stuff. 

Sometimes she also has a dark side to her when she's too pissed off. A side where the only thing she sees is red, and her dueling abilities rise. This girl can definitely fight well, physically and magically, and it is best hidden from the others how well she can control her magic... It wouldn't be safe if someone just dropped dead, right?

HISTORY

Born to a middle-class family in Canada, coming down in New York with her parents for a better shot in life since back home they were nearing scrutinized by her mother's family who didn't see it fit for her mother to marry a farmer muggle. Disowned and left with no riches of her past life, her mother's wand was broken to prove her allegiance to her father. This left her to learn of her father's farmer ways. Though despite the hardships, she loved every single moment with her loved ones, especially when Chantelle was born. Unfortunately, her father's farm was lost quite a while back, which led them to migrate down in New York. 


When they moved down, that's where things seemed to get a little better. His father had created a fast-rising business out of inventing something pretty neat, her mother was getting a steady job. All of that shattered when Chantelle had witnessed her father cheating on her mother. Her father didn't know that she knew, and that made the rift between her and her father. Sometime after her mother started to get abused by her father, but she couldn't just flee away from him. Chantelle was the greatest factor as to why she stayed, Chantelle was able to live the best of her life well-provided with her father. And she couldn't just ruin that for her darling daughter, whom she tried to hide her pain from. But the girl knew, she knew. Way before her mother did, before she was beaten up. Chantelle blamed everything all on her. If she had told her mother sooner, just sooner... Maybe they could have fled their situation.

Just when she was about to tell her mother to run away with her, Chantelle had witnessed an argument with her mother and father, a particularly bad one. He was about to pull the trigger on her poor, defenseless mother, she had jumped in just in too late.

Chantelle became a heartless, cold, and vile to her father exclusively after that. All he had done to his mother was repaid back two-fold by the time she was fifteen. But she did not stop. Luckily for her father, she only came in at the summers. But after the death of her mother, Chantelle has changed a bit. She was still the same warm girl to her peers, but when with her father, that persona quickly changes to her true nature...
