Cordelia "Delia" Belle Thatcher

PERSONALITY

The Aqua House is notorious for their ability to get in touch with and comprehend not only their own emotions but the emotions of those surrounding them as well, and that makes it a nearly perfect house for Delia to call home. Sensitive to a certain degree, her feelings are easily hurt when it comes to certain things, which can result in one of two reactions: extreme tears or extreme anger.

Delia is a relatively kind soul who enjoys adventurous fun as well as fun of the flirtatious variety. She is easygoing so long as she isn't upset, which is the mood she tries her hardest to maintain at all times. Also a metamorphmagus, her hair color changes sometimes when she wants it to and sometimes at its own free will. She doesn't have complete control over these powers of hers just yet, but she works after school with her professors to try and perfect the art.

HISTORY

Born to a typical, working class family, Cordelia came into the world September 2, 1906. Her parents are loving individuals - both being of halfblood descent - who have helped greatly in molding her into the sensitive, warm-hearted person that she is. She might not have grown up with the most luxurious of trinkets and clothes, but her parents worked and honest living to give her the best that they could - which was enough for her.

In school, she wasn't surprised to be sorted into the Aqua House, and since then has thrived and made many friends due to her compassion and empathy. During her third year, she joined the Aqua Quidditch Team as a Seeker, and even though they aren't the strongest of teams, she has enjoyed her time with her teammates over the years.
