With Prohibition in full swing, the small, sleepy town of Camden Hills has become the root of a larger smuggling ring for moonshine, whiskey and other forms of alcohol that are now unavailable to the public. Many a man with the hopes of becoming a bootlegger moved to the town, including the rich and powerful O'Brien and Antonucchi families. Both have made names for themselves as powerful crime families that always seem to get away with everything they do and no one knows how. The police are stumped and can never pin them down, but those in the wizarding community know, and have no way of stopping them either.
Their community had been fragmented and broken ever since the witch trials. Even though they were hundred of years ago, the idea that something like that could happen again still plays on the mind of every witch and wizard, especially with the resurgence of the KKK. Camden Hills is a little bit of a safe haven since it is located near one of the last remaining schools of Magic; the wizarding community here is stronger than in other places.
After the Great War, both families were quiet for a few years. They went into hiding and no one heard from them. It seemed they had disappeared like they had done to so many times with the people who had cross them...Until now...
Both families have made way for the town, ready to stake their claim and do anything to keep it. With tension brewing between the two families no one is certain how long they have until everything blows up and the town is launched into a full-on gang war. At this point everyone is seeking protection from the wrath of the Antonucchis and the O'Briens, either by joining one of the two families' side to fight or by trying to stay passive. But even those that are not willing to fight will get pulled into the storm that is the need to control the underground Market.

Waking up to the news that his youngest sister Marisol had been murder in her sleep, Enzo Antonucchi decided it was time to show the O'Brien that their family would not take this death lying down. He had his nephews, Pietro and River, meet him in his office in order to torture and humiliate Maureen O'Brien. Later she was brought into the great hall, where Aedan O'Brien came forward to protect his cousin and Gawain Reid was killed for attacking Pietro.
October 11, 1922
After the attack on Maureen and the death of Gawain, the O'Brien's stirked back. Finley O'Brien and Kyra Reid attacked Pietro Antonucchi outside the Antonucchi speakeasy. Two day later with the help of Aedan and Heath Mulligan, Kyra kidnapped Serafina Latini. No no really knows what happen to the girl, only that later that afternoon during the school first Quidditch game Kyra and Heath brought the girls out onto the field. Serafina was brought to the hospital but died of her injuries a few hours later, during this time Kyra went back to the school and was attacked by Nixie Auttenberg, who she killed follow by trying to burn down the dining hall but Enzo was able to put out the fire before any damage was done.

A few weeks after the School Halloween dance, the O'Brien's family gala and the wedding of Pietro Antonucchi and Mairella Rossi; things seemed to be going back to normal. Of course that would never last. Down by the warehouses by the dock a series of explosion were heard throughout town at around two am in the morning. The Antonucchi's had attacked one of the O'Brien's warehouses, lighting it on fire. There was nothing anyone could do to save it, just let it burn to the ground.
