PERSONALITY

Born into a life of wealth and luxury, Heath has really known anything other than the greatest that life can offer. He is haughty, arrogant, and yet, considers himself to be rather intelligent and amusing. He is also blunt; never afraid to speak his mind on a matter, especially if that matter involves something that upsets or displeases him. He takes pride in his family history and makes sure to bring up his heritage in almost every conversation he has. Carrying himself confidently, Heath tends to look down on others that he considers "lazy" or "pathetic". Many do not know of his small, but very apparent soft side. He is overly-protective, especially towards his little sister. To the average person, one would ultimately describe him as a snake-ready to strike and/or lash out at anyone that tries to test him or get in his bad side. His "bad" side tends to take up the majority of who he is, though he makes sure to keep some sense of sentiment and affection for his family, closest friends, and of course, the ladies that are lucky enough to entrance him into their beds.

HISTORY

Heath James Mulligan was born to Alistair and Aileen Mulligan on the evening of November 18th, 1896 in the heart of the growing Upper East Side of Manhattan. His childhood was full of all kinds of opportunity and privileges, and being a part of a Pureblood family, that meant activities exceeding those of just the muggle world. While he participated in things such as baseball, golf, and basketball, Heath also excelled in magical teachings, specializing in anything that had to do with defending himself against dark magic. After his fifth birthday, he became the older brother of Branna Mulligan, though everyone in his family called her simply by her middle name, which was Tobi. As she began to grow and years passed, Heath felt a growing overwhelming need to always be close to her and to protect her, and their relationship was nothing but loving, adventurous, and daring. He tried to do all that he could with his sister, and it wasn't until he became eleven when they were separated for various amounts of time because of his schooling. He continued his studies of the magical world at the Cascade Academy of Western New York, where he succeeded in everything and became somewhat of a leader in the Fuego House. A prefect his final year of school, he made sure everyone, both fellow students and staff alike, knew exactly who he was.



After school at the Academy, he became quite rebellious for certain, vague reasons and went off to live on his own for a year or two. During that time, he learned of the hardships of the muggle world, and despite his will, resorted to muggle painkillers, eventually believing that they were the only thing that helped him in the struggles he faced. As time went on, his addiction to painkillers only intensified to other, more dangerous drugs, and he found himself in the middle of a drug ring. The thrill of selling, taking, and hiding any kind of narcotic he could get his hands on was a thrill for him, and soon after he moved back into his parents' home, he continued his business, with the help of none other than his own father.



To this day, he continues in the drug-business, slowly but surely crawling his way to the top of the ever-changing ring. He lives in the mansion he was raised in with his sister, and from time to time, enjoys the occasional dinner party, and always enjoys dueling whenever the challenge presents itself to him.
