PERSONALITY

Like your own personal ball of sunshine, Valo is an absolute delight to be around. Fun-loving, spontaneous, and extremely down to Earth, she is willing to strike up a conversation with anyone willing to respond to her. No matter where she goes, no matter what is going on in her life, she always has a positive energy about her that causes her to light up a room whenever she enters it. Her brother is like her lifeline and weak point all at the same time. The two are practically inseparable and barely leave each other's sights, but their personalities mesh together well enough that it doesn't burden them to be in each other's company so consistently. At times she has to be the voice of reason to pry her brother from their work as inventors, but once she does, any and all adventures - both wild and tame - await them with widespread arms. There isn't a single thing she wouldn't do for her little-big brother (seeing as he towers over her), and as nice as she might be, she is extremely protective of him.

HISTORY

The first World War had a devastating effect on Europe in the 1910's, leaving a shattered continent with citizens struggling just to survive. Because of this - and despite their love for their parents - Valo and her younger brother, Runi, decided to embark on a journey across the Atlantic Ocean to the United States to start a new life. With two extremely intelligent and creative minds, the two became inventors that started over in Camden Hills, New York and set up their own shop in the little town known (and are currently arguing over what to name the blasted thing). Their names are already bustling about the mob-infested streets, though, as they work towards perfecting their serum for a self-rejuvenating potion that will last approximately four hours and allow any and all minor and major wounds inflicted upon a person to heal. They are drawing incredibly close to their finished product and plan to continue to develop and improve it further as well as come up with other various inventions to further their business. And with the funds being poured into their business from wealthy sponsors hoping to see the end result, the two can afford to purchase equipment that will allow them to create damn near anything their hearts desire.
