PERSONALITY

Cool, aggressive,  like a blond Satan, and although he is clearly following some sort of 'greater good' moral code, he often comes across as being nearly as amoral, ruthless, and greedy as a mobster. 
Even in his best moments, he is a tarnished gentleman, this along with his complete lack of compassion and his cruelty are likely his greatest faults and the biggest reason why he is, in general, alone. He very obviously relishes in any and all chaos/violence that he inflicts.

Because of his cynicism and the violent and uncompromising nature of his environment, he has adopted the simple code of; loyalty, professional responsibility and integrity as his highest — indeed, his only — ideal. It is his first and only line of defence against a hostile world — an artificial structure designed to provide some meaning and order to an otherwise chaotic existence.
The one thing that he truly will show compassion for is owls. 
He has incredible vanity, obsessed with his own aesthetic to an almost detrimental point. 

HISTORY

Latvian, surmised only child, and son of wealthy parents not much is known of the child prodigy that seems to be Ludko. He graduated a top private Latvian Magical Academy known as "Daugava Academy" and now, for some reason or another, has wound up in New York, frequenting speakeasy and ritzy exclusive parties.
