What was a better place to rest his head and his body? Heath knew there was no better place than his own damn house, so that's where he was; currently sitting in his favorite beige chair in the den sipping on a glass of brandy, and casually reading a book about nonsense. For bloody once, he had a night off, and instead of being the typical "Heath O'Brien" and scour the town for some kind of amusement, he decided to give himself a much needed break and relax, even if it was for just one night. He liked the peacefulness of his home. His parents had lives of their own, and though he loved them, he wasn't bothered by how little they actually interacted. He knew his relationship with both of them was solid, and that was good enough for him.
Joey currently sat beside him in a chair of his own, writing down stats as a favor for him, and Heath's eyes glazed over his bodyguard, then into the glowing embers of the fire. Sometimes, he realized, it was incredibly rewarding to just, for once, focus on himself.

Fin strolled into the house without a word, his feet carrying him across the rooms to where he knew Heath would be. His eyes were dark, and his mouth set in a grime line. Those damned Italians had destroyed another shipment ofwhiskey that was supposed to reach the O'Brien's, and it was beginning to eat away at Fin. Stepping into the room his cousin was sitting in, Fin walked to the small bottle of brandy, downed it, and then poured another and sat down on one of the chairs in the room. "Those fucking, Wop bastards...." Fin growled, as he stared at the floor, "Another shipmernt, gone, and I can't find Cormac, or Declan anywhere..."
Fin exhaled leaned back, and held his glass up. "Cheers cousin. Joey, just keep keeping the drug trade out of the club, and we are still good." He stated in acknowledgement of Heaths pawn.
